Yo-Plus and Something For You !

Your digestive system is central to your body's daily functions. When it's out of balance, you're out of balance. Your digestive system actually contains a lot of bacteria it depends on to absorb the nutrients your body needs. Along with those friendly bacteria, you're likely to have other microorganisms that aren't so helpful. In large quantities, some may even become harmful. That's why it's so important that your body maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in your digestive system.

How does my system get out of balance?

There are lots of factors that can have a negative effect on the friendly bacteria in your body. Disruptive things like a poor diet, stress and antibiotics can all take their toll. As the number of friendly bacteria decreases, there's more room for unfriendly bacteria to move in.

And that's where Yoplait Yo-Plus yogurt can help.

With just one cup of Yo-Plus yogurt you'll treat your body to our special blend of both probiotic cultures and fiber - to help your digestive system keep the balance nature intended. Enjoy Yo-Plus daily to feel the benefits.

I like yogurt and if I can eat one that taste great plus helps you out, then even better. This is really good and well worth the try. If you go to their site you can download a coupon for $1.00 off , plus you can read all about how it works and why it's good for you.

Now here's the best part ! I can give three of these prizes away !

There is a great quite large cooler bag , a water bottle that is larger then normal and a cute little note pad and a coupon for a free 4-pack of Yo-Plus !

All you have to do is leave me a comment telling me what you do to try and maintain a healthy and nutritional diet .

My husbands illness has caused us to change our eating habits. He is on a strict diet and I am altering our meals for him. A lot of salad, fruits and vegetables and baked chicken.
Thank you!

We have cut out a lot of eating out and I plan our meals so I'm not tempted to go out to eat.

Came over from SITS to say hello.

What a great review and contest!

I have lost 60 pounds during the last year and I start everyday with a Fiber One bar and a container of Yo-Plus. It is my daily ritual.

I have begun exercising and making sure that we have fruits and veggies everyday. Sugar has been cut down and so has fat.

I've cut out all soda and almost all caffeine. We eat mixed salads with every dinner--a great way to get extra veggies. My husband eats yogurt every day for lunch with a piece of fruit!

We are trying to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

I am trying to eat more vegetables with dinner instead of just meat. I'm also trying to be more active - I can't wait for the weather to get nice again so I can take the dog for walks and maybe even runs!

We limit eating out (which is also good for the bank account) and I make most of our meals from scratch--so I know what's in them! I try to sneak veggies in wherever I can!

I just buy lots of healthy food, if there isn't any junk in the house its easier to eat healthy when its the only thing here haha. Thanks for entering me!

To stay healthy my husband and I plan our meals and limit our junk food. We aren't big sugar eaters or junk eaters anyway. Brussel sprouts are like a treat to us! I love veggies and fruit or yogurt for my snacks. Thanks for the chance! We would love to win!

I exercise every morning!

I have begun the year by eating more veggies and fruit. I have also incorporated walking at least two miles on the treadmill every day. Very few and far between meals out.

Believe it or not, snacks are what keep me on track. Ever since I have had to feed my hypoglycemic son every three hours, I do the same and a little bite every three hours makes me feel full all day, less of a chance for over indulging at night, which is my biggest weakness.

What I try to do to maintain a healthy and nutritional diet is watch my carbs, sugar and salt intake. I stopped drinking soada and drink more water. For snacks I eat fresh fruit, red peppers with hummas, almonds and yogurt.

I try not to buy junk at all. If it isn't in the house, I can't eat it. If it is here, it calls my name until I eat it!
