I love food , not just because I'm pregnant ...I have always loved it! I could never ever be one of those girls that eats one apple a day or whatever...I would starve to death ! My family also would probably not live through me doing that since I tend to get very mean and cranky when I'm hungry !
So I was thinking about all the great restaurants there are out there and all their yummy dishes . While I sit in this town that has not one of those great places I was thinking of and thought I'm going to ask you !
I want to hear what is your favorite place to go eat and what's the dish you love eating there ? Then someday when I ever get to move from here , I'm going to go try all of them on this list if there is one of those restaurants you have told me about near by !

MMM!! OLIVE GARDEN!! My most favorite place to go. I always get the Chicken Alfredo. When I lived in Hawaii we didn't have Olive Garden, so whenever I came to the states...you can bet that is where I went!
I love food too! My town has Nothing either.. I love Olive Garden..I usually get something different every time. I also Love Chili's..Now I'm hungry.

I love the Calamari Fritti, and the Cioppino Tutti santi, and for dessert, either Canoli or Tiramisu'. After dinner everyone is brought a small, tiny shot of Sambuca with 3 floating coffee beans that they briefly light on fire. It is Italian food at it's finest!
We also have an amazing Greek Festival here every year, as well as the Italian Festival, and of course, Cinco de Mayo... Oh, and I can't forget the chocolate affair in downtown Glendale, our Antiques district! http://www.goglendaleaz.com/about/antique_capital.html

i love love LOVE the Olive Garden too! Just that smell when walking in, totally so yummy. pasta fagioli soup and lasagna are my favs and the breadsticks and and white chocolate cheesecake...
i also enjoy Boston Pizza. Their cactus cuts with the hot and spicy dip are out of this world and then their chocolate explosion for dessert!
too bad I'm too sick to enjoy food right now!
Olive Garden is my favorite!!!!!!! I always have the Cheese Ravioli with meatsauce. Then the salad and bread sticks. I'm drooling!!!!
I am with you. I love food too. I love to cook and I love to try new food. I have a friend who HATES to eat. She says that sometimes it gags her to eat. She eats because she HAS to. I can't imagine... although I wish I could be more half and half! Ha!
I love going to eat at Macaroni Grill and having penne rustica or their lobster ravioli. But overall, I love going to small local restaurants and trying their specialty dishes more than "chains". We have a restaurant here called Juleps that has the best fried chicken and waffles served with a specialty syrup. Oh, my heavens!

I love Chipotle. Mmmmm...veggie burrito.
Gosh, I love food so much it is tough to choose just one. I love mango chicken from MuLan. I love lemon pies from Chick-fil-A. I love baked beans and BBQ chicken from Fox Brothers Grill. Oh and don't get me started on breakfast. I love french toast with mascarpone cheese from Osteria. I love the pancakes at Ria's Bluebird. Okay. Sorry, I couldn't stop. ;)
I can't even choose just one. Actually, I really love to eat out, but I'm not totally in love with any one restaurant.
I like Friday's--the fried green beans are surprisingly good. They have a yummy chicken tortilla soup and california club sandwich (so called b/c it has avocado).
At Olive Garden, I love the spinach artichoke dip with bread, and my all-time favorite restaurant dessert is their Black Tie Mousse Cake. I get a piece to take home and I eat about half that night and then the rest for breakfast. Husband is lucky if he gets one bite.
And now I'm starving and don't want to eat at home.

There is this little Mexican place that has the BEST red tamales & burritos. The BEST.
There is also a breakfast place my hubby and I will go to on our "date mornings" called
Sams No. 3. Anything you try there you would love. He usually gets the chicken fried chicken and eggs and me? A tomato, bacon and cheese omlette with homefries. YUM!
