I would love to try the Oscillococcinum because I recently had a cold and took something I had purchased to make colds less and I would have much prefered something homeopathic. Thanks for the opportunity.

Oscillococcinum or Children’s Chestal (Giveaway)

When you have the flu and already feel awful, you don't really want to suffer from side effects because of the drugs you took to make you feel better...

The Flu is highly contagious and can put you out of commission for more than a week. There is no “cure” for the flu, but the key is to relieve symptoms that make us so miserable at the first sign. Oscillococcinum, or Oscillo for short, may be difficult to pronounce, but it’s a must-have during flu season. The moment you start to feel achy or run down is when Oscillo can start working naturally with your body to relieve flu-like symptoms, such as fatigue, headache, body aches, chills and fever. Oscillo has been shown in clinical studies to help reduce both the severity and the duration of flu-like symptoms, helping you feel like yourself again. In one recent study published in a British scientific journal, nearly 63 percent of patients who took Oscillo within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms showed a “clear improvement” or “complete resolution” in as fast as 48 hours. Oscillo has no side effects and is packaged in individual doses, so it’s easy to carry with you and take as you need it. It’s sweet-tasting, melt-away pellets dissolve quickly under the tongue and require no water, chewing, or swallowing, and it’s safe for ages two and up.

If the common cough is an inevitable part of your child’s winter repertoire, then Children’s Chestal cough syrup should have a permanent position in your home. With no artificial flavors or colors, this honey-based cough syrup is one of the safest and tastiest options for relieving all types of common coughs. Safe for children ages two and up, this non-drowsy medicine works by coating the throat with the sweet, natural goodness of honey, temporarily soothing throat irritation, while its blend of safe homeopathic medicines loosens chest congestion, thereby making coughs more productive for a speedier recovery. Children’s Chestal can be your little one’s day and night cough solution—calming those dry, fitful coughs that can prevent sleep at bedtime, but without the drowsy side effects that can hamper an active child’s day. In addition to being safe and non-drowsy, Children’s Chestal is also dye-free with no drug interactions.

New Baby.....

It will only be a couple months and we will be meeting this new baby ! When I went for my big ultrasound the baby kept it's legs closed and the cord between them so we couldn't see anything. I had a little problem with my placenta so they wanted me to come back in a few weeks so they could check on it and we figured we would see then.....nope.

The guy looked and looked and once again this baby really would not show us anything,so once we seen that all was good with the other problem and everything seems great with the baby...I just told him to stop looking and we will let this baby be a surprise. My first three older kids were all a surprise,I only had one ultrasound back then too ...and that hospital refused to tell people what they were having so all babies there were a surprise.

Since living here we found out for our last three and since this will most definitely be our last and my husband has never had the surprise I like the idea of him getting to have it as well. There is nothing else on earth that compares to that moment when your baby is born and they say it's a boy/girl and you are just finding out right then when you meet them!

I slept all the time with my first baby almost 20 years ago and then my oldest out of these ones 4 years ago ,but once you have one or two or in my case now three little ones in the house....you never get any sleep in the day. All I do is chase kids and the older two never nap in the day ,so I can't sleep when they do . I try laying down on the couch when the baby goes down, but I just lay there and kinda rest while I listen to the other two and jump up 60,000 times to get drinks, snacks and take the oldest to potty.

So for now I'm alive, and I'm hoping this new baby will be a good sleeper at night or I'm screwed...yikes !
